Primark shoe haul

Hi Guys!

Sorry I went awol. June has been a bit intense. I will resume my two posts a week in July.

Lets keep things nice and light with a shoe haul post :)

I've gone a bit crazy with shoes lately.

These are three really simple basic pairs that form a great base for everyday outfits.

In typical Penny fashion I have a pair of double ankle strap pointed cut out shoes in black and in white. Really 'on trend' urgh but classic at the same time. These are great to commute in as they are flat and easy to walk in, and the straps keeps them on my feet when I'm running for the bus.  They were from Primark and really sorry can't remember the price - either £8 or £10.

One con - my ankles are totally bruised. And sometimes bleeding (sorry!). But to be fair that's probably cos I have fat ankles.

These are my £3 loves! Three bloody pounds!!!!!!

You might remember my bad Converse experience and ever since selling them I've still been on the hunt for a simple pair of white lace ups. And I think I've found them. Like the Converse they don't fit very well, but at £3 a bit of shuffling is totally acceptable. Really thin sole and moderately low cut - looks great with skinny jeans et all. Really happy :)

Dorothy Perkins ankle boots

I'M SO HAPPY!!!

I've been wanting to jump on the cut out boot trend for a while now but frankly couldn't afford what I'd seen. Then I saw these ankle boots in DP for £35! They obviously look quite cheap but I love them!!! And...with a few online discount codes I got them for £25!!!!!!!!!

The heel height is perfect for me - comfortable enough to walk to and from work but high enough to stop me being a total dude. The cut out if showy enough but not impractical - my feet didn't get wet in the rain. I love the wrap around strap and the gold hardwear. I'm sure that you will see this in many OOTD's soon! The only thing I don't like is personal to me but I'll tell you anyway - these are a size 7 and a tiny bit big for more, so there is a lot of stomping going on. But I even enjoy stomping, reminds me that I have my new booties on :)

Are you starting to get ready for autumn yet? I can't wait!
