Challenge - Day 4: My favourite book

This is very difficult for me as I love reading and have read a billion books (maybe I am slightly exaggerating) but I have managed to make my choice and I'm only slightly cheating ;)

My fav 'book' is The Chronicles of Narnia, which is a 7 book series by C S Lewis.

I love all 7 books and even if you haven't read all of them most people would have read at least one. This is a classic and the 'book' that I would make sure my children read - I don't think a childhood would be complete without being familiar with one of the stories.

I have a set of books similar to the one pictures and I think my love for it is obvious because it's one of the few things which came in a set that I haven't destroyed/lost; I always made sure to put my book back into the case.

I love these books because I can, even now, pick any of them and read it and every time I feel that I am part of the magic world of Narnia. The books teach you something as well as being entertaining, and even though I've read each book at least 20 times my heart still skips a beat at the 'scary' bits.

The Chronicles of Narnia are part of my life, and they have accompanied me through from childhood to adulthood - and that's why I love them :)
