I love Primark. I luuuuuuuurve Primark. I can't imagine my life (or my wardrobe) without Primark.
And so, with my heart all loved up I really don't understand the Primark bashing. I understand why people wouldn't want to shop there: no customer service, a huge stonking mess of clothes on the floor. But in terms of the clothes itself you get the whole "it only lasts a few washes" attitude and that's simply not true. 1) I (shamefully) have Primark clothes from at least 3 years ago that are still going strong and receiving compliments. 2)They use one of the same buyers as Arcadia (i.e. Topshop, Dorothy Perkins etc), which contradicts the whole "if you pay a bit more at Topshop it will last longer". It's from the same place moron. Same piece of clothing. Different label and price tag.
Erm....I've run out of steam. Shop where you want. But don't put other places down. I don't call you stupid for paying 2 or 3 times more for the same article of clothing as me, so don't call me stupid for liking cheap stuff!
